What makes a good remembrance photo?

What makes a good remembrance photo?

When I'm trying to help create a meaningful remembrance gift, a great photo says it all.  It's what really personalizes this gift.  Finding the right photo isn't always easy. Here are a few ideas for making a great memorial:

  • Happy, Healthy & Fun
Look for a photo taken during the pet's prime or most fun activity.  That's generally how we want to remember them.

  • Show me the Face
Look into those eyes and see the soul.

  •  Photo Quality... do the best you can. Please, there's only so much magic we can do with Photoshop.  The image should be reasonably sharp, in focus. Remember, we are formatting for a vertical so the more image you provide, the better we can make it.
  • Background Clutter

We can deal with background clutter so don't worry about that.  However, we always keep any background that supports a positive feel.

Can we add oour own photo? Do you also have a frame alone? Beautiful work! When I can see through my tears I will order for my son. Thank you.

We've experienced our own encounters with the trauma of pet loss. It has surely heightened our awareness of the pain each of our customers may be feeling.  So now, as we prepare our shipments, there is a deepened sensitivity to the reality of why we are here and what we hope to provide to others who are coping with pet loss.
